About Chef Brian
Chef Brian Hackbarth began working in the culinary field after discovering that his original career in marketing and sales was unfulfilling and his true passion was cooking. In 1998, Chef Brian returned to college and earned a culinary degree with honors from Joliet Junior College. He honed his culinary skills at Elgin Country Club where he created a daily appetizer, pasta and fish special and oversaw the preparation and presentation of meals for weddings and private parties. After his wedding, Chef Brian decided to start Relish The Night Personal Chef Services.
As a personal chef, Chef Brian find that his love for food, creative menu planning skills and ability to work with people allowed him to provide an outstanding service to his clients. Chef Brian cooks for upscale cocktail and dinner parties, teaches cooking classes and prepares weekly meals for families with busy lifestyles. Through Allergy Free Family Favorities, Chef Brian's hope is for you to decrease the time spent deciding what to cook, shopping and preparing meals and increase the time the entire family spends enjoying their meals together.
